| Not sure if anybody can help, but, taking the caddy out of the A10, I managed to pull the wires out from the connector and is now useless. Does anybody have a spare caddy that I could purchase ? Thanks. |

If your caddy is under warranty, please contact us on Tech Support at techsupport@satmap.com.
If your battery caddy is not under warranty, they're fairly cheap on our website, at £7 (https://satmap.com/battery-caddy.html)
