hi all. I've been using this app for many years on many phones with no problems, but having just changed to a new lg g3 I'm having problems that although the phone is listing the cameras as I approach them, the voice alert doesn't always work. The voice alerts seem to start off ok, but after approx. 30 mins the voice stops although the alerts are still showing on the screen. as is the gps signal. I've copied the new settings exactly as they were on the old xperia z, reinstalled the app, so I'm now at a loss where to try next. Any advice would be appreciated.
kind regards to all. |

Just checking and not meaning to try to insult you, but it isn't because the cambers is on the other side of the road is it? CA is directional. |

Hi. I've tried setting so it warns of cameras in both directions but it makes no difference. Somehow the speech seems to be switching off after approx 30 mins. |

Just a possibility? There's a bug in the iOS version which disables the audio warnings when you make or receive a phone call. It's not every phone call, I think just when there are camera warnings in operation. So do you make or take a call "after approx 30 mins"? _________________ Dennis

Hi Dennis,, that's not the cause. I'm thinking that it must be something in the phone shutting down, but why it's only the voice that stops and not the display is what's puzzling me. I'm using android 4.4.2 which is what my previous phone ran perfectly, with the same settings.
Regards
