|
|
My trusted TT &40 GO seems to be throwing up a problem when I connect to computer - and I have this problem on both my computers - and I get the message "USB device not recognised"
It has worked well in the past when connected to the computers so what could be the cause of this?
Is the tomtom knackered?
How can I correct this? _________________ Furry Fred

I think this model supports microSD??? Do you have one AND any complete PC backups of the TT?? IF you have both then I'd put a backup onto a microSD card and use a card reader for updates and the microSD slot to run it in your TT |

Thanks for the reply.
I have tried this with a new lead but still get the same error message.
I have been running the map on an SD card but do not have a copy of the info on the TT!!
Any ideas? _________________ Furry Fred
