removal

my previous built in unit was a Kenwood bit of rubbish, i can only call it that, after it being replaced so often, in the 2 years i had the car, the unit was replace 3 times, it froze, it went blank, it put what looked like a river across the screen, i told them it was rubbish and they had no come back, i gave up complaining, thankfully, the unit in my new one, is a unit which, will talk to the Skoda system, is gives me full information about the car, and so far, has not froze.
comparing this unit to my old Tom Tom, the only good thing about in dash Sat navs, you can tweak them more, so more voices rather than the standard one, easier to add poi, but i get updates foc for 3 years, standard tmc, which is great as i do 60,000 miles a year, and of course i do not have to remove it when i park, which, must be a real pain, surely that says it all.
