I've had to return my ancient A10 back to Satmap for repair, which has left me in a quandary. I'm leading an 18 mile walk next week....I have the route on my card, but is there a way I can view the route somehow, as I'm not sure I can remember the whole way which I completed some time back. Thanks.

You can find the gpx file of the walk and use something like http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/ to import it and view the route.

Or drag and drop it into Google Earth if you want a pictorial view of it.

Thanks. I thought I would 'have a go' using Satmaps Xpedition.
I'm in the planner page and have uploaded my GPX route which I can now see just fine.
Hitting the Print option, I have changed the setting to Horizontal and was assuming that I would now be able to print out the whole page that I see, but the printer is only printing out the left hand side of the A4 sheet...the right hand side being blank. Can somebody please point me in the right direction ?

Make sure your printer settings are set to landscape. In my experience it does not print out the whole page and seems to depend on what zoom level you're using. The print facility is a bit flaky and you're better off doing a screen shot in something else. I've tended to import in to Bing maps and print out from there. Afraid it's a bit of trial and error.
