I get three warnings for some static cameras with the final one after I have passed the camera, where before using this database I got one at the correct distance before reaching the camera. Plus there are many inaccurate warnings where there is no camera. I have the Connect 2 system.
Why is this?
Can I get my money back?
Can I restore standard POI database? |

The 'inaccurate warnings' where there are 'no cams there' are probably known active mobile sites whereby the van or plod will not be there most of the time apart from the time that you 'inadvertently drift over the speed limit'. I feel that these are the cams most likely to catch you unawares. I speak from first hand experience here |

The multiple warnings per camera scenario would indicate, perhaps, that you also have the built in camera system active, as well as the PGPSW one.
As to why you get 3 is a mystery. _________________ Richard

Possibly because you have the internal warnings and the 2, pocketgps_uk_masters_and_pmobile.csv pocketgps_uk_sc.csv, from here. I suspect you should use only one of the latter.
I don't know how to cure this. For the next update, try making one of the csv files a dummy by editing out the contents, i.e. make it an empty file. |
