And the picture doesn't really proove anything. Could be counting traffic flow, capturing sound levels, monitoring roadside pollution levels...
Not really best placed to cover two lanes of traffic is it? |

There's an English version of the page here. From the info in the PDF, the "crash barrier unit" is the sensor and would be combined with a great big ugly camera unit. _________________ Jock
