|
|
I'm trying to renew my subscription which expires next week, however the "Renew Now" button links to an obsolete page, this is the message I get:
This web page is not available
The web page at https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 111 (net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED): Unknown error.
I cancelled the recurring payment function last year.
Can you help me renew please?
Thanks

It would be best to submit a support ticket so that the admins can take a look.

Not really sure what you mean. If PayPal have it set to auto-renew then the payment will come through and it will trigger our systems to add your subscription.
