Hi,
Has anybody had a problem with Copilot Live 9 in 2D, auto zoom mode, where the map zooms out to display the whole country on the screen, when nearing the destination?
I have raised a ticket with ALK's support and they cannot reproduce the issue, so cannot investigate in order to resolve it.
I'd be interested to know if anybody else has experienced this or if I am alone with this issue.
Thanks in advance.
Richard. |

I don't think I've seen the whole country but I've certainly had it zoom out to show the whole route which is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. I could xoom in while stationary but as soon as the car started moving it zoomed right out again - from memory I rebooted the phone which isn't exactly the ideal soloyion when on the move.
I've also had CoPilot 9 Live Premium freeze on me a few times! _________________ Galaxy Note 4 / TomTom GO : CamerAlert : CoPilot |

Hi, yes i`ve had this happen to me a couple of times, i`m running copilot 8 on Samsung tablet, although i can`t remember what i did to cure it probably a re boot i guess but it definatley did it, hope that helps, also check my post under "routing issue" i also spoke to support who could not get it to do it, funny that. There are definatley problems that they don`t seem to accept as a refund was not forthcoming. |
