Hello all I have tried to download the update and all I have managed is the map of London every time I have tried the link has shut down 1/2 way through I have plenty of memory I have e-mailed TomTom but so far no response so I am trying here for any suggestions of how I have gone wrong

hi lizz
what progroam are you using and where are you downloading from please as much info as you could give us pls _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

Sorry not very good at this it is TomTom navigator 3 upgrade onto a DellAxim5 I had tt2 and they sent free upgrade I have 256mb sd card and it is almost empty

It's probably ActiveSync sulking.
If you have a memory card reader, use that to install your map from the CD.
If you don't have a memory card reader, tell the TomTom installer to copy the map to your hard disk - then you can install it via ActiveSync manually, which seems to work even when the TomTom installer doesn't. Press the Explore button in ActiveSync, and navigate to the root directory of your storage card (start by double clicking My Pocket PC, then it's probably a case of double clicking Storage Card).
Find the map on your PC - using either My Computer or Windows Explorer. Click on the map folder, press CTRL and C.
Click in the Explore window you navigated to your storage card, press CTRL and V.
Hopefully then the map should install.
