An update went through last night to hopefully resolve the speedcamera problems. I was advised to wait yesterday to see how the update went later on in the day. It arrived and updated last night. (staggered release). Lets wait and see. Hopefully my problems are now resolved. |

Hi Madhatter
I had an update applied on Thursday evening. Nothing announced on TT website again and nowt noticeable on the device as per usual. Not got the device in front of me to get software version.
This is from the TT website :
"Version 10.201 (10.560)
(GO 1000 series and Via series with serial numbers starting with FT, FU, FY, FW, FM, FN, FO, FP, TA, TB, SA)
Stability improvements in map and speed camera updates"
However, this update was from the other week and has been talked about on here.
The update I had on Thursday was another separate update. Did TT advise you it was a Speedcam update?
I just wish TT would sort this out. The whole updating process just seems so disorganized and whimsical.
Cheers

OK. Cheers.
If indeed that was what the update was about, I'm not bothered. What makes my itch is how TT just push these things out without any form of notice/information.
I shall continue to pay for the Speedcam DB subscription. I can't see TT ever being that committed to it, hence the poor reputation they have thus far. |
