Hi guys
I have a Myguide 4228WE 4.3" running on Windows CE 5.0. It has Turbodog 5.0 installed. Its come with a 2GB SD card which says Myguide 6.1 on it.
Ive seen other peeps talking about running TT on it but im a total noob . I have fair pc knowledge. Ive looked around but cant seem to find a good enough guide to help with what i want so im asking you loverly people to shed some light on it for me and push me in the right direction.
Thanks soooo much i advance.

You might be able to locate a TomTom Navigator 5 or 6 disk available for sale but the maps are so out of date its simply not worth bothering with IMHO - Mike |

Why is that ? is it because my nav is old, slow, crap? as ive seen others putting (other) s/w onto their various navs ? with more upto date maps on them. |

Its nothing to do with the hardware its simply down to what's officially available from TomTom.
TTN5 or TTN6 are the most recent packages sold by TomTom to work on a PDA/ Win CE platform, TTN7 was released for certain HTC PDA based phones but doesn't support installation to non approved product types (not officially anyway).
We will not offer advice on how to update devices which require/ involve hacking the map activation as carrying out such activities is theft, anything after TTN6 isn't supported - Mike |
