Purchased Copilot premium.
Installation went well,
Copilot create profile screen. unable to enter data or get to copilot screen
screen font unreadable.
Text boxes too small to enter data
Had to ask for refund.
Disappointed !!!

Its great to know that Copilot Customer service are up to their usual standard.
Still no reply after 2 emails regarding issues with Copilot. They can manage to email iphone offers though !!
Glad I went with Sygic aura, at least you get an answer from support reasonably quickly. |

| ALK are rubbish at customer service, I have a defy and many other too have similar issues....locking up, settings lost etc.....all manner of issues even since the update.....I have uninstalled/reinstalled over 30 times and even hard & soft reset the phone, new SD card too.....it's flawed software...Ndrive works straight out of the box so to speak and with latest maps unlike CoPilot....I have been robbed... |
