As well as the pre-defined ones in CamerAlert you can also add new apps if they support the Custom URL Scheme.
Below is a list of other known app's that will work with CamerAlert's 'Also Run' option. Feel free to ad your own!
NavFree - navfree://
NavMii - navmii:// (untested!)

To start iGo Primo, enter the following:

I went for the Western Europe Primo as it was only £29.99. Seemed to be cheap enough to just go for it, as I know I will definitely need France in the future.

I've got Western Europe too but it's not installed at the moment, just the UK one to keep storage space down!
It's not a bad app, and at £29.99 for WE maps it's a good deal!

The downside is that you have to pay out a little bit more to get the Elevation data and additional POI data. I didn't bother with 3D building data and the Live Traffic option doesn't cover the UK (no idea why though), so no need for that.
