Hi sorry if this is in wrong place been awhile since last visit. I have the above letter and was wondering what I should do as I was travelling on the other side of the road and to my knowledge I was not speeding. My Q. is can the yellow peril box take pictures as you approach and are they legal proof. 2nd Q. How do I get photo proof of said offence nowhere on the letter does it give details. |

I have not had one myself, but my mate had one about a year ago.
He rang and asked for the photos - think he got 2 and you can count the number of white lines you have travelled from the first photo to the second photo to work out the speed - ask them for the calculation sheet.
Are you saying that you were travelling in the opp direction to the camera. |

If it's a Truvelo then yes it can. Can you identify the location of the camera? |

And has been advised, go to Pepipoo and fill out the NIP Wizard ASP.
They will be best placed to advise you but let us know how you get on? _________________ Darren Griffin |
