Best GPS Software for Pocket PC?

I'm waiting for delivery of a Haicom 303MMF + BT Slipper. So now my attention turns to the best software to use.

I've purchased it to use with my HP 22xx via the CF slot. But I mainly purchased it for use when I spend two months in Barcelona from next month. So I REALLY need to purchase some software which has the following features...

Good City Guides (Pubs, Road, POI) for the UK and Spain.
Road maps for UK and Ireland
Useable when driving

From my fairly indepth research it seems as if TOMTOM V3 is the best option but I'd like to know if there are any others.

There are plenty of others, but for what you want TomTom and possibly Navigon seem to be the best choice. Don't expect 100% map coverage though for Ireland or Spain. Barcelona should be fine, but the area around big cities is said to be covered, uhm, inadequately.
