| I have a Streetpilot c 510 which i have always updated regularly apart from the last few of months . So i decided to download and install all the back numbers. After i had installed just two i had a message flash up telling me my device is full !! I know i have an awful lot of POI's on there but i can't see how it can be full when your camera databases overide each other , so they are not all stacked up inside .Is there anything i can delete ? I have a 2GB card installed. |

Do you use POILoader to install?
How much space is free on your memory card?

| Just looked at the memory card and it is only 256mb !!! I thought it was 2GB !! Have now put in a 2GB card ! Does it make a difference if i download with POI loader ? I usually drag and drop them into My Garmin .Thanks for the speedy reply by the way !! |

That simply wouldn't work, you must use POILoader or your nüvi will just ignore the files! Have you always been installing in this way?
Looking at your download history I see downloads in TomTom, Garmin - GPX and Garmin POILoader formats.
Your c510 uses POILoader so you must install the database using that utility otherwise it won't function.

Not sure what you mean by this? Each database release is the FULL database and not simply only the updated files.
