Can't get onto any live services currently as of 17:56 I see others in a few other posts are having trouble connecting today.
Anyone else?

Sorry to repeat the following I just typed on another thread, but it might save a few long calls to TomTom Support:
I finally got through to TomTom technical support (at about 1745 BST). They confirmed that the problem is at their end - it's a worldwide issue and they are still working on it to get the service up and running again. The advice they are giving is to try again in a few hours and to contact them on Monday 5/7 (after the weekend) if there are still problems, as Support is shut over the weekend.
At least I can probably rule out a faulty sat nav or SIM card. |

The problem appears to have been fixed in the last few minutes, all services now working (now the rush hour has melted away).
A follow up email from TomTom Support said: "It has come to our attention that we are experiencing challenges with our Services Server, which may be affecting some of our customers. Technicians are working hard to resolve this and we hope to have the service available again shortly." |

Funny, my Live services sprang into life at 11.15 when I left Market Rasen after 2 weeks of being down! They vanished at about 12.30 and have only just come back to life. I also have an email from TT about my recent "challenges" saying I need to do another reset etc! See my other post on TT W&CE restarting etc for full details. |

I've had intermitent loss of live services over the last 2/3 weeks, both in the UK and France, although it's worked more than it's been off. The main difference from previous problems is that RDS-TMC immediatly starts to work (with a fully charged battery), which it's never done before when I've lost live.

As there is another thread running here I'll lock this one so we can keep it all in one place.
