Whilst I like the Navigon app, it would be great to actually be able to read some sort of instructions rather than finding out everything by trial and error.
I've just bought the traffic live and used it for a drive up from Exeter. There were no delays, so I couldn't really test how it works.
1. If there is a hold up, does it tell you automatically or do you have to tap the rectangular icon top left and read the route related page.
2. I presume the red bars are road closed. Whats the difference between the icons on the right (straight vertical line, two cogs, kinked arrow (which I presume is a diversion) )
3. Anybody know what the difference between the colours are that bracket the road on roadworks.
Also do average speed limit cameras, have a different icon now ?
Sorry, but I just can't find anything on the navigon site. |

I think in settings you can make it automatically deal with delays in which case its doesn't tell you, or if not selected press the three cars in a pile icon and it gives the delays. |

DingleRoad - as I understand it, the operation of the iPhone facilities is pretty well as described in Navigon's 8410 manual on their website Quote: | http://www.navigon.com/portal/common/Download/Manual/PNA/Navigon8410/English_manual.pdf | .
Live Services (if applicable) are described in Quote: | http://www.navigon.com/portal/common/Download/Manual/PNA/NAVIGON8450live/English_manual.pdf |
Also there is the iPhone Q&A document at Quote: | http://www.navigon.com/portal/common/Download/Manual/iPhone/iPhone_FAQs_UK.PDF |
This MAY not give you everything you need but it covers most things I think. _________________ David
