Can anyone help... I have had my Mio P350 for a few years now. Today I tried to access the Tom Tom programme but the menu screen would not respond to the stylus activation so I was unable to get into the Tom Tom programme. It responded to the 4 buttons to a degree but I could not access any of the menu. Does anyone have any ideas ? It has been fine up to today and I have replaced the battery recently too. |

Only thing I can think of is, remove your SD Card. Use your stylus to move the recessed switch at the bottom to off.
Hold the joystick up and switch back on, holding joystick in position until screen appears.
See if you can now tap on screen to go to screen alignment etc. _________________ Formerly known as Lost_Property

Thanks for that 'Lost Property'. I have just done as you suggested and I am now locked ut altogether. Screen display now reads..'Windows Mobile' Tap the screen to set up your windows mobile-based device. Tapping the screen has no effect at all still and I can now not access any menu as the display does not change from the message and all the soft keys are now disabled other than on and off. |

As you still have the same problem after the hard re-set, maybe the LCD connector was dislodged. I think you need to take the back off and make sure all connections are OK. _________________ Formerly known as Lost_Property
