Updating camera database

Only been a member for a week .Installed all o.k. last week.Went to do a update and when I get to open file from desktop I get the winzip box asking to agree,quit etc. and cannot progress from there.Any suggestions anybody.Please bear in mind that I am not very computer literate keep your answer simple.
