Assuming you have the PocketGPS World cameras, have a read of our TomTom FAQs, particularly numbers 4 and 5. _________________ Dennis

You've got me confused now, I'm afraid, as I can't see where the App number is greatly relevant (and I can't see a list of App numbers on FAQs 4 and 5). However, App numbers started at 1 and went up, so you've got 8, so all is well.
The way you go about it is to.....
download the camera database (your App version doesn't matter)
unzip the download
copy all the files you have unzipped into the map folder on your TomTom.
download the voice database that you want (Your App version doesn't matter)
unzip the download
copy all the files you have unzipped into the map folder on your TomTom.
Then follow the instructions for setting up the warnings.....
Change Preferences
Manage POIs
Select each camera type in turn and select a warning distance
say YES when it asks if you want to use "this sound" even though you don't hear a sound
Choose to Warn only on route (or not if you want warnings any time there's a camera within the crow flies distance you select)
Do that for each camera type. _________________ Dennis
