Using the GPS

I bought the GPS device from dubai.

I'm not able to install the software correctly and im having a different screen unlike shown in the manual.

the device sn:w010664 and model:#BT-308

Can you tell us what software you are trying to install?

Does the GPS have any brand name on it?

Globalsat made a Bluetooth GPS receiver with the part number "BT-308" but its just a receiver and I wouldn't have expected it to need any software loading to it - Mike
