nokia n95 8gb - masters and pmobiles?

just installed speedcam application on my n95, downloaded and installed the current pocket gpsworld database, renamed the file and it works fine, however there is another file, masters and pmobile, what do i do with it. also there is a bmp icon where do i copy that to. thanks

pMobiles are 'Provisional' i.e. unverified mobiles. Speedcam can only use one file at a time so you can either merge the contents of the pMobile file into the pocketgps_uk_sc.txt file or ignore it.

There is no 'Masters' file in our download?

Speedcam does not use the .bmp icon files.

thanks for clearing up the .bmp question.

my download: pgpsw-speed-cams-QDbha contains 4 txt files, one of them being: pocketgps_uk_masters_pmobile_ this i now understand to be the provisional cameras file.

Ok, checked. The masters_and_pmobile file is ALL the cameras including unverified pMobiles as well.

Some people choose not to install the pMobiles, so use the other file. If you are happy to have the whole lot inc pMobiles, you install the masters_and_pmobile file instead.

It's done like this for Nokia because you can only have on file installed. Other systems can have loads so they are kept separate for other devices.
