|
|
Hi,
I have just bought a GO940 to replace my 730. I used the 730 in a hard wired Carcomm fixed mount with audio out so I could get my music, instructions etc through the car stereo. I had it fixed to a ProClip on my car dash - worked great & never let me down. I am looking to do the same with the 940.
I note the Carcomm version with audio out has still not been released and can see Brodit have a hard wired mount that looks good, however, I can see no mention anywhere except an earlier post on this site that the Brodit has an audio out.
Question therefore is has anyone bought one and can confirm that there is an audio out port on the Brodit mount??
Thanks, |

The Brodit style mount has three sockets on it:
1/ Power/ Mini USB RDS-TMC
2/ Audio Line out 3,5MM
3/ iPOD/ Round plug RDS-TMC
I installed one in my car a while back see Here look at page two of the thread for more details on the wiring etc - Mike |

It has, I have one in my car. Been out a month or more. Might need to ask TotalPDA when/if they plan to stock it. _________________ Darren Griffin |
