I have a second hand 2210 with the remnants of TT3 installed which I cannot remove fully. I Have removed all information on my PC/registry but 3 map files still exist in the remove software menu, no matter how often i try to remove them.
I am trying to install my own TT3 but the old stuff is still in the ipaq. How do I remove all the old stuff; device number/product code etc so I can install my own new software? |

If it's secondhand then I'd recommend a Hard Reset, followed by an install of the latest ROM Update if it does not have it already. That way you can be ceratin you have a good base to start from. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Are you seeing scrolling black dots on the status tab of the GPS applet? If so then comms with the GPS are good. In that case you need to be outside or in the car with a good sky view and allow 40 mins or so fof the first fix. _________________ Darren Griffin |
