First of all, maps are locked to a specific device so the idea of using someone else's maps would not work.
When you say 'corrupt' what was happening? Can you see the contents of the card if you put it in a card reader and use Windows explorer?
When you say you have no backup, did the map that WAS on the card represent an update of an earlier map? If so, you still may have the map on your computer. _________________ David |

If the original SD card was formatted and you can still see it on the PC but have not written anything to it, then you may be able to recover the map files using a recovery software.
Here is a free one, originally designed to recover deleted photos from SD/MMC cards but now does a few more types. Might be worth a try if you have no other backup of the maps. Not sure if it will recognize the TT map files as I can't remember the file extn and have no access to the files at present.
There are other software that can do files recovery, just Google if this one doesn't work.

Testdisk also does a similar job

Be sure to read the documentation carefully and use it only on your SD card
It's a long shot and depends on the state of your card. |
