I'm assuming you mean the stretch between Newport and Cardiff.
Surprised they have taken this long to do it if it is.
50mph for 'Safety' they say.

Now added the junction numbers ..makes more sense !
And yes I have reported it and will do the rest when i see them installed

I saw the one at Coldra roundabout when I drove past on Friday, submitted it. Not exact I don't think as I was on my own and pressing all sorts of buttons on the TT to log the position, as well as trying to avoid all the traffic that was swerving into me 
Real Radio was going on about them nearly all day on Saturday.

Cameras now appearing on the Eastbound Carriageway - I am logging them as fast ( 50mph or less  ) as I can !
