I have seen the Pam T3 with TT in landscape, I know that you can do that in Palms OS, once we get Mobile 2003SE (or now using the screen rotating apps) will we be able to do this?

Does it offer any benefit for those who have used both? Does TT have to be specifically (re)written before we can do this or can we now on TT2 and TT3?

cheers

I can't answer the question as to whether it works or not, but in my opinion, a portrait orientation is preferable for such an application, since I prefer to see more of where I'm going rather than what's to either side of me, if you get my drift. I was a bit surprised to see that TT Go uses landscape.

Sometimes having the display in landscape mode makes it easier to mount the PDA somewhere in the car. My car would certainly benefit from that feature.
