I purchased a refurb tomtom xl (euro)
The website said you get a free carrycase http://www.totalpda.co.uk/In-Car-Sat-Nav.8/
Received the tomtom today but with no carrycase.
Phoned them & they said offer of a free carrycase has finished because they have none left.
I'm happy with the delivery service received from them but is this false advertising ?[url][/url] |

After i rang them they have now removed the words "Free carry case worth £19.99" from there website.  |

Not if it said Subject to Availability. Did you keep a copy of the original web page when you ordered it? |

As Paul said (Subject to Availability). You could send them an email thanking them for the good delivery, but say you are disappointed because you did not receive the free case and only ordered it because of that incentive. Say would they send you one when they have stock again as a matter of good customer relations 
See if they respond  |

| The website will always say while stocks last for deals like this. The case deal on the XL had been running for a couple of months. |

Total pda came up trumps thanks to martin.
He found a genuine tomtom case for me & sent it free of charge
