As title have upgraded to the latest version of home, latest firmware and map version on sunday, i needed a new usa map for going on holiday and purchased through the link on tomtom home. Now whenever i check for updates it does not offer me the download. Can't get through to anyone at tomtom support helpline what do i do?.

Yes been trying for 3 day's. it dosn't appear on the update list. |

I think it may be the go 720 is not assigned to my tomtom account any idea how to do this?. |

Have you switched to the US map on the TomTom and then tried? |
