Since Doing a back up before installing new maps on my 920T (which did not load surprise surprise). I have now lost my computer voices. When I reinstall them they do not show up in the voice folder. Bu if i use Windows explorer I find them in the "loug?" folder or something similar. Any advice would be heplful. |

They don't go in the voices folder, that's just for the "real" voices.
Sounds like your re-installed TTS voices have corrctly gone into the "Loquendo" folder (Loquendo are the company that provide the TTS voices to TomTom).
So assuming they are in the right folder, are you not able to select them? (Change Preferences/Voice preferences/ Change Voice).
A reset with a pin in the tiny hole on the bottom is the first thing to try. |

Try reinstalling the Navcore app - it puts a couple of files in the Loquendo folder and if they are missing you don't have any TTS voices. |

Next to try is a "Return to Factory Settings" from the Preferences menu.
Be aware this will wipe your personal settings unless you take backup first, which you can restore if this doesn't fix the voice problem. |

"Navcore app" is the main program/application that runs on the hardware to make it "a TomTom". So in Home it is the "application" you need to look for. |
