|

I have been using the traffic service on my TomTom 720 for over a year without a problem via the GPRS link with my Nokia N73. Now when I attempt to enable Traffic on a journey or select update traffic info. The device informs me that the traffic service is NOT available in my area yet. I have not moved areas or anything else. My subscription is showing as current on my tomtom services to Sept 2009.
Has anyone else had this, any advice on how to remedy it please?

Makes two of us without Traffic then!
I've been waiting over two and a half weeks for TomTom to sort out why I can't use my Traffic subscription. In my case my GO730 keeps telling me I need a Subscription.
Thing is with what I've paid for and the free extensions they have given me my subscription now runs out sometime in the summer of 2010!
Still no nearer finding out why. tried all they suggested, ie resetting back to factory defaults (make a back-up first if you try this yourself) and entering all my account details again. Twice.
Makes no difference which only leads me to believe it is TomTom that have screwed up. |

Thought it was only me. I have had this problem for a while now on my 920.
My latest problem is that I am now getting error message stating 'unable to set up wireless data connection'.
Needless to say TomTom Customer Service level is up to usual standard _________________ Mick
