Tomtom traffic not working

I had traffic was working fine past couple month now it dont work anymore i contact tomtom support but no help from them first they told me that the service was down then they turn around telling me my phone not compatible i have try every thing no cure for this problem can anyone help please

A few questions to help with a better answer:

1/ What make model of phone?
2/ What model of TomTom?
3/ Which software version is running on the TomTom (tap sat strength meter to find out)
4/ Phone network provider is?

Also try deleting the phone from the TomTom, and delete the TomTom from the phone then try re-pairing the handset, this action can often fix issues with Bluetooth connected units - Mike
