Has anyone got a good solution for automatically downloading the speed camera DB and installing it onto a Symbian phone? Seems like this must be a common requirement (even if not using Symbian), but I couldn't find anything other than the Camera Manager for Garmin devices.
A similar setup for TomTom GO 710 would be great too. |

Camera Manager also works with TomTom files.
From memory, Modaco were working on something for symbian or windows mobile?

I am not too sure about the Symbian phone but for the TomTom there is Camera Manager by forum member Ash10 that will create an automated set-up for you, see Here I think the Modaco CamerAware application only covers the MS based phones unless Paul has been busy again - Mike |

Thanks to both. Camera Manager looks good for TomTom. Modaco is Windows Mobile only as mentioned, see http://www.cameraware.net/ for details.
I guess I will have to continue with my lashup of Cygwin shell scripts, which is partly working already though not very elegant. |
