Is there a POI or ITN showing points of the London Marathon?
Please post a link, I have searched but cannot find it

Unfortunately it won't work very well with a satnav as a lot of the course is run on the wrong side of dual carriageways, or the wrong way up one-way streets.

There was a set of files available for last years marathon, I don't know if the routes the same but the files can be found on This Page, intended more for the Garmin units you would actually run with rather than a car based device which as Richard mentioned won't work well with this type of route - Mike
