Help with T.Y.R.E

Hi. I have just downloaded tyre and the help files from another link on this site. My question is, when planning way points is it important to put the pin in the right lane on a dual carriageway? I have a route I like to use to avoid Paris and tt wont find it for me without a lot of re routing!!!!! I seem to remember another post months back about using the right lane and my route is both single and dual carriageway, A104 N104. Thank you.
