Have managed to lose the america map off my tomtom 920 , had back up on my computer, but think it must be corrupted as it will not work after reloading on to unit.
Any help would be most welcome. |

By what means did you reload it and what is happening -- or not happening -- that causes you to think the map is corrupt? _________________ David |

You should be able to download again via HOME?
Check that you don't have a copy in your HOME folders already - if I delete my NA map off of my 920 I constantly get offered to download it via HOME.

If you start TomTom Home on the PC then go to Tools/ TomTom Home Preferences, select the Folder Preferences tab and it will show you where the downloads are stored on your computer - Mike |

Try looking in the My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Download\complete folder - might also be worth looking in the \My Documents\TomTom\HOME\FromDevice folder.
