| i am selling my old tomtom navigator 5 ,which i used on my dell axim PDA for years ,on ebay and i keep getting questions from potential buyers about its compatibility with mobile phones!!i really do not know and i dont want to mislead buyers so could you please let me know asap as the auction will end very soon.( i was asked about nokia n95 and also nokia symbian software!!!)..thanks |

| The TomTom Navigator 5 application you have will only run on the Pocket PC devices, it will not work on Nokia phones, neither will it work on Symbian OS devices - Mike |

Just wondering about how transfering registration works? I'm looking up at my shelf and have a complete Tom Tom Navigator 6 for Western Europe on DVD and might throw it on Ebay. Is there a recognised proceedure for change of ownership with Tom Tom?

There isn't because technically you bought a non-transferable licence to use it and resale is not permitted.
Doesn't stop resale of course but explains why there is no transfer process.
