|
|
Hi all, since updating to the latest software for my 720 I can no longer operate it on my computer. When I select "Operate my GO" I get the warning message "This function is not yet supported for your navigation device or operating system" I have re-installed the update & reset the 720 yet it will no longer work.
Anyone else having this problem after updating the software & is there a fix?
I look forward to your help/comments.
Regards,
Roy. |

This is quite normal with a software update, sometime in the next week or two following an update release TomTom will then release a specific file that the Home application needs to work with the new Navcore on the device - Mike |

Ah, thanks for the quick reply Mike. You would have thought that they would bring out both updates at the same time.
Many thanks.

Indeed that would be a logical assumption, but in reality it never happens - Mike |

You would think TomTom would do a lot of things correctly but it seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing 99.9% of the time. |
