Which GPS driver version?

Which GPS driver version is best to use with SysOnChip CF+ GPS card? My experience is as follows:-

V2.07 works ok but when you power off then power on PDA GPS is disabled, have to go back in to properties and re-enable every time.

V2.09 works but usually once during journey I get "GPS Position is unreliable" error and I have to reset.

V3.01/V3.02 works but when you power off and on again TomTom hangs, have to reset.

In all cases the intial GPS fix can take 1-5 minutes unless I start from where I switched off.

I'm using Tosh e740 BT PDA and TomTom 3.01. Using NMEA 4800 and SysOnChip CF+ driver.

Any help appreciated.

There is no real solution to your problem. Power to the CF card is restored later than to the main memory. Therefore TomTom when looking for a GPS device can't find anything and panics. I would say 2.07 is the least evil.
