Is it just me or do other people find the way the remaining journey time is displayed really annoying.

1.35hrs should be displayed as 1h 35m

1.15min should be displayed as 1m 15s

Yes, I do find it a little annoying. 1.35hrs is 1h 21m. Still, proper time formatting isn't the top of my list of things for TT to fix.

I don't get that.. My display (on a 940)shows "1:35 hrs" with a colon not a full stop, which I'm happy with as a format. It's the same as the clock display and it's also the same on the route summary screen.

Hands up Cisco engineers. Laughing Embarassed

The numbers are correct (not like some decimal hour systems I've used) and are what would be expected by the majority of users.

So it does....

So it's a colon between hours and minutes, and a full stop between minutes and seconds?

I think the difference between 1:30 (mins) and 1.3 mins is about 18 seconds. Are we talking an ESTIMATE of the time remaining, or are we looking to arrive to the nearest milisecond Shocked
Having said that. I prefer 1:30 to indicate 1 min 30 secs. I'm not too good with fractions of a min Confused

If the programmers are Dutch, is there any possibility that the "." replaces the ":" when representing times, in the same way as the "." replaces the "," as the thousand separator, and has been hard coded?

Sorry to be pedantic, but I think you'll find that 1.3 minutes is 1 minute and 18 seconds, so the difference between 1:30 mins and 1.3 mins is 12 seconds. Smile

I know it's unimportant, but I freely admit that I'm a pedant! Rolling Eyes
