Tomtom 740 Error When Contacting Server - Not Initialized

Hi, I am getting the above error when trying to download updates from Tomtom.
The unit is regiestered etc and has been updated before. I went to use the map guarantee and it failed and now will not do anything.

I just wondered if anyone else was having problems or if it was down to my unit/pc?
