Is there a procedure for reporting Software Errors?
As I use the Active10 I have come across several potential improvements and other software features that just don't work correctly. It would be good to either collect them in a forum topic here for Satmap to read or to have a Bug Report form on the Satmap Website Support page if it could be created.
There is an e-mail contact form on their website here:

There is the "wishlist" thread in the stickys at the top of this forum index, if you want to create a "Bugs" thread I don't see why that couldn't be a sticky, although I would ask that you add to the opening post a set of criteria that people should use when adding posts to the thread.
An absolute minimum for this to work is the device software and map in use - without this information it is going to be difficult for others to reproduce the issue - Mike |

But is now a good time to start this?
We are told that SatMap are due (last week) to issue a new software update. Maybe just after that is issued would be the best time to start a new sticky? _________________ LostMike
