I'm a new subscriber and having a problem loading DB onto MY

Can anyone advise on the procedure I've loaded the DB onto a SD card and done a Reload on my 3100 and made to required settings but still no warning of cameras. Any help please

I don't know what a 3100 is, but instructions for ALL supported devices are linked to from the Cameras page.
