My 930T Traffic (TMC) has stopped working following a fall from the dash in which the cable was pulled out, I am wondering if anybody know the likely problem or has a real close up photograph of the TMC RX port from the outside or inside so I can see if there is a problem. Is there anyway to diagnose if the 930 unit or the TMC RX is faulty? Anybody have any diagnostics? hope you can help Sad

You need to live near somebody with a similar setup - x30T, so that you can try your TMC in their unit and their TMC in yours. (Try editing your profile to show (roughly) where you live and who knows, there might be some kindly member lives next door).

Yes, there's a member within a few hundred yards of me, so you never know how easy this crossover testing might be

if the traffic reciever port is broken which possibly it is. find some one with the new usb reciever and plug that into the usb socket and you might be able to get the traffic from that. i just found out this out today i broke my one xl t witht the round socket a while a go. couldnt get in touch with tomtom about it. so bought a new one with the usb traffic pluged that into my old one and can get traffic back on now. Very Happy
