tomtom 730 camera database

ive downloaded the above, now its not showing any cameras, in fact its not letting me access the tomtom safety camera option on p1/tomtom services. Keeps asking me to subscribe although i do have a current subscription.
Any help much appreciated, Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

Which cameras have you downloaded - the one from this site or TomTom's own set? The TT ones are configured through the safety cam option but the ones from here are dealt with as standard POIs.

The instructions for the ones from here are linked at the bottom of the download page.

The next question someone will ask is: "Have you got a good backup of your system, made before this happened?"

Even if you haven't, please make one now. If it is possible to get your camera data back up and running, then it will involve some work moving and copying files, and you DON'T want to be doing that without a backup.

BUT - and this is important - DO NOT use Home to make the backup as if you did have one already then Home will overwrite it with the new one. Instead, use Windows Explorer as explained in the FAQs topic in this forum (it's a "sticky" topic near the top of the index)
