Unzipping Speed Camera data files

Have spent ALL afternoon going round in circles. Believe I am doing things properly. Data file refuses to unzip and recommends I re-download!! Bewildered as Garmin Nuivi310 & WinZip are fully updated. Find navigation of your Site difficult to master. Grateful for any guidance on unlocking the zip file.

Which File(s) are you downloading?

Is it WinZip that gives the error message?

How are you doing the Un-Zip process? Drag & Drop, Double Click or WinZip Open File Menu?

Can you confirm that the downloaded file has a .zip extension, and not .zip.zip or no extension at all.

Normally, on a PC running Windows XP or Vista, you don't even need Winzip.

Just right-click on the downloaded file and select "extract all".

Have you found the help file/instructions for installing to your Nuvi?

There's a big green and yellow table on the main database download page (click on the camera symbol on this page to get there). On the right hand side are links to all the help files for each brand and type of satnav.
