Nuvi 765 - Initial thoughts

Bought a Nuvi 765 this week and have to say I am very impressed. The screen updates are very smooth and the lane assist seems to have most of the major UK motorway exits. These pop up automatically but what is clever is that the Nuvi seems to know what lane you are in and adjust the screen display accordingly.

On the map display you can rotate the map around 360 degrees and there is a new traffic interface. Maps are Europe 2009 but I have yet to see any 3D buildings appear.

The only thing I don't like is the screen transitions which now fly in from the right rather than being immediate - I think this slows things down.
