Downloaded today, but while transferring to my Navman I noticed some strange looking locations. Looks to me that with longitudes in the -2 to -4 range most of these are in the north sea somewhere between Newcastle and Denmark?
eg Lat 55.94783 Long -4.59138 Mobile:25922@20
This one's on an oil rig? |

I just put that camera ID in on the submissions page and it comes up as on the Cardros Road near Dumbarton. (If memory didn't fail in switching pages)
Are you sure you're keying in correctly? _________________ Mike

If you remove the minus sign from the Long it puts it in the sea. If you leave it alone it points to the location SpikeyMikey mentions above.
If you wish to check use the Submission Page and either enter the Camera Number and check the relevant co-ordinates or enter the following co-ordinates and see what happens.
55.94783,-4.59138
then try
55.94783,4.59138 (without the minus) |

Well I never. Thanks guys. I was assuming -4 Long = long 4º East.
I hope never to have to visit Dumbarton again! |
